It is a great pleasure and an honour to host the 8th ESSD Congress 2018 in Dublin, Ireland from Tuesday 25th – Saturday 29th September 2018. The Congress theme, ‘Dysphagia: Shaping the Future’, underpins the progress we have made in the field of dysphagia to date, while emphasizing the need to progress research and clinical practice over the next decade.
The Congress will provide a wonderful forum for you to refresh your knowledge base and explore new innovations in dysphagia across the lifespan. It will strive to offer plenty of networking opportunities, providing you with a forum to meet and interact with the leading scientists and researchers, friends and colleagues as well as sponsors and exhibitors.
Dublin is an exceptional location for the 8th ESSD Congress. It is a knowledge capital with a vibrant culture steeped in history. The city has a long tradition of hosting and supporting scientific meetings, serving national and international audiences.
