SUMMARY:THE 9TH EAONO INSTRUCTIONAL WORKSHOP & CONSENSUS ON AUDITORY IMPLANTS
DESCRIPTION:On behalf of the European Academy of Otology and Neurotology\, it is a great pleasure to welcome you to the 9th EAONO Instructional Workshop\, which will include a number of instructional courses\, keynote lectures\, round tables\, panels\, free paper sessions\, as well as consensus sessions on auditory implants. Main topics of the meeting will be featured elsewhere on this homepage.\nWhen you attend the meeting\, you will find cutting edge knowledge presented at the instructional courses by European and global leaders in the field\, dedicated to teaching at the highest international level. During the consensus sessions\, you will be updated on the golden standards for contemporary treatment involving auditory implants\, implementing current scientific knowledge and pushing the limits for what is possible when we work in our out-clinics and operating rooms.\nWe strongly encourage you to submit contributions to the oral and poster free paper sessions. A prize of 1000 Euro will be awarded in each of 2 categories: Best Basic Science Presentation and Best Clinical Science Presentation\, both for young researchers (below 40 years of age at the time of the conference).\nCopenhagen is a clean\, green and friendly city with a low crime rate\, easy to reach from almost any major city in the world.
