SUMMARY:XXIII Congreso de la SOMEF
DESCRIPTION:Asturias es el destino elegido para el próximo XXIII Congreso de la SOMEF y se celebrará los días 5\, 6 y 7 de octubre de 2017. Esta tierra\, como telón de fondo\, pondrá a vuestra disposición su gran belleza natural\, su patrimonio artístico y sus variadas tradiciones culinarias. Asturias es paraíso\, patrimonio y sabor. \nEl Congreso se celebrará en Gijón\, capital de la costa verde. Esta ciudad permite celebrar un evento científico y\, además\, disfrutar de la playa o asomarse a los acantilados y miradores sin alejarse apenas del núcleo urbano. El mar se mete por todos los rincones\, nos regala su sabor en medio de antiguos edificios\, de modernas plazas\, de parques y terrazas y nos invita a pasear y disfrutar. \nComo sede\, hemos escogido un edificio emblemático que no os dejará indiferentes: Laboral Ciudad de La Cultura\, antigua Universidad Laboral. Más de 270.000 metros cuadrados de espacio abierto a todo lo que acontece en el mundo de las artes\, la investigación y las nuevas tecnologías. Un lugar singular y sorprendente que nació como un orfanato minero. \nEn el programa científico abordaremos la tarea de actualizar nuevos conocimientos y habrá seminarios y talleres dinámicos y participativos. \nPara los ratos dedicados a las comidas de trabajo hemos elegido una hermosa sala de pinturas; la belleza de sus murales puede servir de inspiración para nuevos proyectos de investigación y colaboración entre los asistentes. \nA escasos metros de este lugar y en un entorno privilegiado\, se encuentra el Jardín Botánico Atlántico\, punto de encuentro para los congresistas que\, durante un rato de descanso\, podrán pasear por el bosque\, entre tejos\, robles milenarios y helechos. Lo visitaremos en otoño\, cuando las hojas caídas y los tonos dorados le dan un toque especial. \nEn Asturias el culto al paladar salta a primera vista con muchos restaurantes y sidrerías. Contamos con\, una rica gastronomía y presumimos de una bebida que representa nuestra forma de convivir\, de festejar y de compartir: nuestra sidra. \nAsturias verde de montes y negra de minerales¡ Os esperamos en otoño! \nComité Organizador \nPrograma

DESCRIPTION:Dear Friends & Collegues; \nI would like to salute you all by expressing my excitement and enthusiasm that we\, as the European ORL-HNS Society\, are going to be all together once again\, this time in the beautiful city of Barcelona. \nI have already had the chance to start cooperating with my respected collegue\, the president of the 4th Congress of European ORL-HNS\, Prof. Ferhan Öz and ever since\, I have been the closest witness to all the effort that was already put in to make the 4th Congress of European ORL-HNS the most beneficial one of them all.  \nWe are all willing to gain as much as possible from this reunion both socially and scientifically. We are also aware that it is unlikely unless we achieve the utmost attendance\, as many collegues and faculty members as possible.
