SUMMARY:Hands-on International Course Parapharyngeal Space Surgery for lateral approaches to transoral robotic surgery
DESCRIPTION:* THIS EVENT IS NOT ORGANIZED BY SBORL \nParapharyngeal space is a complex anatomic space of the head and neck where arise a heterogeneous group of tumors. Clinical management of these lesions has been always challenging but evolved in the last years as a result of technological advances in diagnostic and treatment procedures. There are different keypoints on radiology\, pathology\, and surgery which should be considered before to propose an optimal approach. \nThis course is aimed to discuss the state of art for the parapharyngeal tumors management by a two days work\, one theoretical and a hands-on surgery second day. \nThose surgeons who dominate the parapharyngeal space surgery can deal with most of head and neck surgery due to the intricate anatomic area.
