8:30-9:45 : Identification of anatomical landmarks of the nose and sinuses. Uncinate process resection and middle meatal antrostomy. Intact bulla technique to the frontal (Draf type I)
9:45-10:30 : Approach to the sphenopalatine and maxillary arteries
10:30-11:00 : Coffee Break
11:00-12:30: Anterior ethmoidectomy and Draf type IIA and type IIB
12:30-13:00: Posterior ethmoidectomy, transethmoidal sphenoidotomy; transnasal sphenoidotomy and “rescue flap”
